Refer and reselling — what's the difference?
Refer, and GoCX handles billing, onboarding and support — you earn 15–35% commission. Resell, and you own the client and price, taking 20–35% margin. Reselling starts at Silver.
What if none of the options work?
Talk to us. We build custom arrangements for agencies and integrators, including white-label and hybrid setups.
When and how will I receive my commission?
Monthly by bank transfer, 30 days after your client’s invoice clears. Track everything live in your partner dashboard.
Can I sell my own services at the same time?
Yes. Implementation, training and managed service are yours to bill at your own rates. We don’t compete with you on services.
How does the free partner account work?
Every partner gets a free GoCX workspace — no card, no time limit — so you can build demos and run pilots in a real environment.
Does my free partner account include any minutes?
Yes, a monthly allowance for demos, testing and internal use, with sample CX data preloaded. Client workspaces are provisioned separately.
